Our precision manufacturing process allows us to achieve 85% PMV (pre-manufactured value) whereby the majority of building works are completed in a controlled factory environment including walls, floors, roof, mechanical & electrical, painting & decorating and external façade

This approach means we can mitigate the risk associated with site-built schemes by adding value through safer production methods, shorter programmes, designing out waste, and reducing environmental impacts.

How quickly can you deliver a building?

Depending on your requirements, we can deliver modular units in as little as a few days for hire products, and several weeks for custom-built solutions. Because most of the work is done off-site in our factory, installation on your site is fast and minimally disruptive.
